Working deep underground, in sour oil wells, or with harmful chemicals requires durable materials. The precipitation-hardened nickel-iron-chromium Incoloy 925 Sheet may solve your greatest difficulties. This novel material is corrosion-resistant and mechanically robust. It fixes stress-corrosion cracking induced by chloride and sulphide in H2S environments. It performs better than normal stainless steels in high-pressure, high-temperature circumstances. Between cheaper materials and more costly superalloys, it protects better without breaking the bank.

Your Incoloy 925 Sheet meets standards that are known all over the world, such as ASTM B446 for chemistry requirements and ASTM B906 for limits related to sheets. These certifications make sure that the quality you get is uniform and meets the standards of the global business.
Our manufacturing process ensures premium quality at every stage. The production begins with carefully selected high-purity raw materials from qualified suppliers. Our factory covers 50,000 square meters and has areas set aside for melting, casting, rolling, cutting, and checking the quality. Some examples of high-tech tools are vacuum induction melting furnaces, multi-stand rolling mills and the latest NDT stations.

A full six-step process is what we do:
Step 1: Melting & Casting
Accurate control of makeup in vacuum induction melting furnaces
Step 2: Hot Rolling
The first loss of mass at fixed temperatures
Step 3: Cold Rolling
Gets the final measurements with very little error.
Step 4: Solution Annealing
Evens out the substructure and gets rid of carbides
Step 5: Age Hardening
Peak mechanical qualities are reached during precipitation treatment.
Step 6: Surface Finishing
You can choose between polishing, freezing, or passivation.
We implement rigorous testing protocols:
| Test Type | Standard | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Tensile & Yield Testing | ASTM E8 | Verify strength levels |
| Hardness Testing | Rockwell C | Ensure NACE MR0175 compliance (≤35 HRC) |
| Microstructural Analysis | ASTM E112 | Evaluate grain size and phase composition |
| Ultrasonic Testing (UT) | ASTM A578 | Detect internal laminations |
| Pitting Resistance Test | ASTM G48 | Validate passive layer integrity |
Every sheet comes with complete traceability documentation including Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Quality Assurance Certificates (QAC).

Several efficiency benefits make this material stand out:
Three main areas of application help your businesses:
1. Upstream Oil & Gas
It works great for hangers, tool joints and downhole parts in sour gas wells. The material can handle being exposed to H2S, CO2, and salt, which would normally kill other materials.
2. Marine & Offshore Engineering
It works great for building plates and high-strength fixings in splash zones. You get strong protection against biofouling and rust in saltwater.
3. Chemical Processing Equipment
Great for heat exchanger parts, pump shafts, and valves. Age-hardened strength lets you make walls that are smaller without lowering their safety when they are under a lot of pressure.
Our 50,000㎡ modern building has more than 100 precise tools that allow us to do the whole production process, from melting to final review. Our high-tech tools help us make sure that the standards are tight and the surface finishes are excellent.
We keep our ISO 9001, AS9100D, and AS9120 standards up to date. You can trust every package because our quality control is very strict and follows ASTM, ASME, and EN standards.
We know what you need because we've been in business for over 14 years and have exported to more than 70 countries. Our skilled team helps with technical questions from the time of the sale until it is delivered.
In addition to Incoloy 925 Sheet, we also have a wide range of high-performance metals for all your business needs, such as Nickel, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and High-Temperature metals.
Your projects will stay on schedule if you get answers quickly, get good help after the sale, and have all the paperwork you need.

Q1: Can the product be welded?
Yes, you can weld it using GTAW or GMAW processes with matching composition filler metals. Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) is required to restore age-hardened properties in the heat-affected zone.
Q2: How does this material compare to Incoloy 825?
While both share similar corrosion resistance, the age-hardenable 925 alloy provides nearly double the yield strength of non-hardenable 825—giving you stronger, lighter designs.
Q3: Is it suitable for cryogenic service?
Absolutely. The alloy retains excellent toughness and mechanical properties at sub-zero temperatures, preventing brittle fracture in cold environments.
Q4: What is the maximum operating temperature?
To maintain mechanical stability and prevent embrittlement, we recommend limiting service temperature to 800°F (427°C).
Q5: Does the sheet require special surface treatment?
While naturally corrosion-resistant, we recommend pickling or passivation after fabrication. This removes surface contaminants and ensures uniform protective oxide layer formation.
Q6: Do you offer customized sizes?
Yes, we provide customized thickness and width dimensions to match your specific project requirements.
Q7: What documentation do you provide?
Each order includes Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Assurance Certificates (QAC), and SGS test reports.
