The organization is structured into Quality, Technical & Purchasing, Production, and General Affairs departments, each with clearly assigned responsibilities and supervisory roles. The Quality Department ensures full implementation of quality management systems, inspection control, and product conformity throughout all processes. The Technical & Purchasing Department manages technical support, supplier control, procurement, and after-sales services. Production activities are executed through dedicated departments covering order management, melting, forging, rolling, heat treatment, machining, and workshop operations to ensure controlled and traceable manufacturing. The General Affairs Department provides support functions including human resources, administration, sales, finance, warehousing, and logistics, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and compliance with ISO and AS9100 requirements.
