TSM Technology manufactures premium Alloy C276 Seamless Tube with exceptional corrosion resistance across aggressive chemical environments. With modern facilities of 50,000㎡ over 100 precise equipment, we have manufacturing capability of 100-200 tonnes per month. ASTM E213 standards and each tube is then 100% eddy current and ultrasonic tested. We are certified to ISO 9001 & AS9100D and capable of tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes. Our product is continuous, with no seams and no heat impacted zone weaknesses as seen in welded alternatives. Full traceability documentation with worldwide delivery to 70+ countries.

These tubes are high-performance nickel-molybdenum-chromium superalloy pipe solutions produced by extrusion or rotary piercing. The seamless design provides consistent corrosion resistance across the tube wall.
You obtain material that addresses important difficulties such as localised pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Our seamless design differs from the welded counterparts as it has no weld-seam flaws and chemical segregations. This makes your fluid handling systems more dependable at the most severe pressures and temperatures.
The continuous structure provides higher pressure ratings. Your operations benefit from consistent performance in environments where standard stainless steels fail.

Our tubes comply with internationally recognized standards:
All materials come with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC) detailing heat numbers and chemical analysis.
Your processes need materials that can withstand pressure. What makes our tubes unique:
Excellent corrosion resistance: High molybdenum and tungsten content provide excellent protection in oxidising and reducing environments. You can handle polluted mineral acids, chlorides and sulphur compounds without material deterioration.
Seamless Integrity: Uniform characteristics throughout, no longitudinal weld seam. Your systems lack weak areas that might cause catastrophic failure.
Low carbon content: less carbide precipitation in welding or heating. You retain corrosion resistance following manufacturing operations.
Wide Temperature Range Mechanical characteristics from cryogenic temperatures to 1000°C. Your equipment performs dependably in a range of temperature environments.
Pressure Capability: The seamless design permits greater internal pressures than welded alternatives. Your safety margins are much better.
Your industry faces challenging environments. Our Alloy C276 Seamless Tube excels in these critical applications:
Chemical Processing: Heat exchangers, reaction vessels and evaporators that are exposed to strong acids, organic solvents and chlorinated chemicals need excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Flue Gas Desulfurization (FGD) Power plant scrubbers need materials that can survive very acidic condensate with chlorides and sulphur compounds. Our tubes are reliable in such harsh environments over the long term.
Oil & Gas (HPHT Environments): Upstream activities involving sour gas including H2S, CO2 and chlorides at high temperatures and pressures need seamless integrity to avoid hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking.
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Clean processing lines need smooth interior surfaces and contamination-free performance. Bright annealed finish satisfies your strict purity criteria.
Marine Engineering Applications in seawater are virtually immune to pitting and crevice corrosion even under stationary situations.

TSM Technology's Alloy C276 Seamless Tube modern manufacturing campus showcases our commitment to quality:
Our facility welcomes customer audits and inspections. You can verify our capabilities firsthand.

We manufacture following stringent quality protocols:
1. Raw Material Selection: We exclusively use high-purity alloy provided by certified sources. Incoming inspection and chemical verification are performed on each batch.
2. Melting & Casting Vacuum induction melting (VIM) or electroslag remelting (ESR) provide homogenous billets of specified chemical composition.
3. Hot extrusion/piercing: Billets are heated to the correct temperature and shaped into hollow tubes by rotating piercing or extrusion presses. That’s what makes the seamless structure.
4. Cold Drawing : Multiple passes through precise dies to decrease diameter and wall thickness, and to improve dimensional accuracy and surface polish.
5. Solution Annealing: Heating in the range of 1120-1150°C followed by a fast quench to maximise corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics.
6. Straightening & Cutting Tubes are straightened to meet tolerance standards and cut to your desired lengths.
7. Surface Treatment: The desired finish may be obtained by bright annealing, pickling or polishing.
Every tube undergoes comprehensive testing before shipment:

Shipping Options:

Q: Why choose the product over Alloy C22?
A: C276 contains higher molybdenum content, making it superior in specific reducing environments. C22 offers better protection in strongly oxidizing media. Your application conditions determine the optimal choice.
Q: Does the tube require post-fabrication heat treatment?
A: Generally no. The low carbon content prevents sensitization. However, solution annealing is performed during manufacture to optimize corrosion resistance. Additional heat treatment is only needed after extensive welding.
Q: Is it good for seawater applications?
A: Yes, indeed. The material is virtually insensitive to pitting and crevice corrosion in saltwater even under quiescent settings. Your maritime equipment will have an excellent service life.
Q: What are the key differences between ASTM B622 seamless and welded specifications?
A: ASTM B622 covers only seamless pipe and tube, without weld-seam defects or chemical segregations along the longitudinal axis. Your systems avoid HAZ weaknesses and get better pressure ratings.
Q: How do you verify the authenticity of the material?
A: Every batch of material supplied is accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) indicating the heat number, chemical composition and mechanical qualities. We also verify alloy composition using PMI testing utilising XRF analysers.
Q: What is the typical lead time for customized sizes?
A: Standard sizes ship within 20 days. Customized dimensions require 30–45 days depending on quantity and specifications. We maintain stock of common sizes for faster delivery.
Q: Do you provide sample tubes for testing?
A: Yes, we supply samples with full test documentation. You can conduct corrosion testing, mechanical analysis, or fitment verification before placing production orders.
