Incoloy 800H Seamless Tube from TSM Technology delivers exceptional creep resistance and structural stability for your most demanding applications. Our seamless tubes are manufactured for continuous use at temperatures over 600°C with regulated carbon content of 0.05-0.10% and coarse grain structure (ASTM 5 or coarser). We produce in our 60,000 m² plant with more than 100 pieces of precision equipment, and we can guarantee tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes. Our monthly manufacturing capacity is 100-200 tonnes, sizes: OD 6-219 mm, wall thickness 0.5-15 mm, with complete material traceability and supported by ISO 9001, AS9100D certifications.

These are solution-heat treated, nickel-iron-chromium austenitic alloys, for structural usage at high temperatures. 800H has better metallurgical qualities than regular Alloy 800 because of regulated chemistry and specific annealing.
The manufacturing is seamless and there is no need for weld seams at all. This implies that the tube walls are uniform and free from heat-affected zones that might degrade performance. Your systems are less prone to longitudinal weld degradation or localised corrosion.
This alloy holds together when you have intense heat cycling and high-pressure differentials. The material resists creep deformation and stress-rupture failure in harsh industrial environments.

You use these technological benefits in your operations:
Your industry-specific challenges find solutions with Incoloy 800H Seamless Tube:
We have a contemporary 60,000㎡ industrial facility that incorporates the whole production cycle. Here are distinct zones for melting, forging, rolling, machining, heat treatment and inspection.

We have invested in world class equipment including precision pilgering mills, brilliant annealing furnaces and state of the art NDT systems. This infrastructure allows us to maintain strict dimensional tolerances and better surface quality.
Our AS9100D accreditation demonstrates that we can fulfil the requirements of the aerospace sector, the highest level for accuracy and dependability.

We have very tight control over our production processes to guarantee constant quality:
1. Raw Material Selection We use high-purity nickel-iron-chromium alloys from competent vendors to maintain chemical uniformity from the beginning.
2. Hot Extrusion: The billets are heated and driven through precise dies to make seamless hollow tubes, without welding needed.
3. Cold Pilgering/Drawing: The tubes are cold worked in a sequence of operations to produce accurate dimensions and better mechanical qualities.
4. Solution Annealing: A heat treatment at regulated temperatures develops the appropriate coarse grain structure (ASTM 5 or coarser) necessary for creep resistance.
5. Surface Finishing: Bright annealing, pickling or polishing as per your application needs.
6. trimmed and Inspection: The tubes are trimmed to the required length and carefully inspected for quality before they are packed.

Every tube is put through a battery of tests:
Grain Size Verification: Metallographic examination verifies ASTM No. 5 or coarser grain structure
Non-Destructive Testing: 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Eddy Current Testing (ET) for sub-surface defects
Hydrostatic Testing: Pressure integrity test in excess of service requirements.
Chemical Analysis: Spectrometry validates Carbon, Aluminium and Titanium content within strict tolerances
Mechanical Testing: Verified performance lifespan by high temperature tension and creep-rupture testing
You are given full paperwork including Quality Assurance Certificates (QAC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Material Test Reports (MTR).

Proven Experience: More than 14 years experience exporting to over 70 countries. We understand your technical needs.
Advanced Manufacturing Our 60,000 ㎡ facility is equipped with more than 100 precision machinery with a monthly production capacity of 100-200 tonnes.
Quality Certifications: Our ISO 9001, AS9100D and AS9120 certifications reflect our dedication to aerospace-grade quality standards.
Technical Support: Our technical staff offers guidance on materials, installation and performance optimisation.
Customisable: We can provide you with bespoke sizes, finishes and processing needs to meet your precise demands.
Fast Delivery: We have stock and have efficient production schedule, so we can deliver in 20-45 days.
Each tube is carefully protected for international transport:
We ship from our logistics centre in Hong Kong and guarantee international on-time delivery with complete cargo insurance and monitoring.

Q: Incoloy 800 vs 800H and 800HT. What are the differences?
A: The basic chemistry is the same, but 800H contains more carbon (0.05-0.10%) and a coarse grain size to improve creep characteristics. For even greater thermal strength, 800HT reduces the Al + Ti concentration even further.
Q: Can you weld these tubes?
A: Yes, they are easily welded by GTAW or GMAW processes. To preserve corrosion resistance and strength we propose Inconel Filler Metal 82 or Welding Electrode 182.
Q: At what temperature is 800H superior than normal stainless steels?
A: This alloy is selected for use above 600°C (1100°F) when the creep-rupture strength of the normal 300-series stainless steels is lost.
Q: Why choose seamless over welded tubing?
A. Seamless tubes can withstand greater pressures and avoid the possibility of preferred corrosion at weld seams, which is important for the transfer of hazardous chemicals at high temperatures.
Q: What documents do you provide?
A: Material Test Reports (MTR), Quality Assurance certifications (QAC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and third party inspection certifications (SGS, BV, TUV) are sent with each order on request.
Q. Do you give technical help on the choice of materials?
A: Definitely. Our engineering staff can evaluate your service circumstances and offer the best tube parameters for your application.
