TSM Technology also produces precision-engineered tubes with regulated carbon content (0.06-0.10%) and an aluminum-titanium balance (0.85-1.20%) to enhance creep-rupture strength. Its smooth design removes the weak points of the weld seam and prevents stress corrosion cracking in high-pressure thermal cycling. Monthly manufacturing capacity of 100-200 tonnes, rigorous implementation of ASTM B163, more than 100 precision machines in 60000㎡ factory ensure dimensional correctness and surface integrity. All Incoloy 800HT Seamless Tubes undergo ultrasonic and eddy current testing, with comprehensive material traceability documentation.

This tube of nickel-iron-chromium alloy (UNS N08811) is intended for long-term structural use at severe temperatures. It has improved additions of aluminium and titanium that greatly increase resistance to creep deformation, unlike conventional alloy tubes.
The production process is continuous and does not have the heat-affected zone of welded tubes. This important benefit guarantees that petrochemical furnaces and power plant superheaters do not prematurely collapse. Your equipment runs longer, minimising expensive downtime.
These tubes contain 30-35% nickel and are resistant to oxidation, carburization and nitridation. Their mechanical strength is maintained even in harsh industrial atmospheres at 1100°C.

TSM Technology manufactures according to internationally recognized specifications:
All products include Material Test Certificates (MTC) and third-party verification from SGS, BV, or TUV upon request.
Superior Creep-Rupture Strength
The regulated ratio of Al to Ti generates stable precipitates to avoid grain boundary slippage at high temperature. Your equipment will run safely for years without any distortion.
Excellent Oxidation Resistance
Chromium content forms a protective oxide film thereby keeping the tube integrity in air or steam environment up to 1100°C.
Seamless Construction Benefit
No longitudinal weld seam and hence a homogeneous wall thickness and a better pressure capacity. You prevent failures in the weld zone.
Carburization Resistance
High nickel concentration reduces carbon absorption in hydrocarbon processing atmospheres, prolonging service life by 30-50% compared to conventional stainless steels.
Resistance to Chloride SCC
The alloy composition resists stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing conditions where the 300-series stainless fails.
Petrochemical Processing
Catalyst tubing and pigtails in ethylene pyrolysis furnaces benefit from carburization resistance. Your units maintain efficiency during extended operation cycles.
Power Generation
Superheater and reheater tubes in coal-fired and nuclear plants withstand steam-side oxidation. Reduced maintenance intervals translate to higher plant availability.
Thermal Processing Equipment
Heat exchanger bellows, radiant tubes, and furnace fixtures endure repeated thermal expansion without cracking. You avoid unscheduled shutdowns.
Industrial Furnaces
Retort components and atmosphere containment systems maintain structural integrity during temperature fluctuations from ambient to 1000°C+.
Chemical Processing
Nitric acid production equipment, reformer tubes, and reactor internals resist both corrosion and high-temperature degradation simultaneously.

Raw Material Selection
TSM sources Incoloy 800HT Seamless Tube high-purity nickel, chromium, and iron from certified suppliers. We verify chemistry before melting.
Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM)
Melting under controlled environment assures correct aluminum-titanium ratios and removes tramp elements.
Hot Extrusion
Billets are perforated and extruded at carefully regulated temperatures for seamless construction and grain structure.
Cold Pilgering or Drawing
Multiple passes via calibrated dies ensure you get accurate dimensional requirements with ±0.05 mm tolerance.
Annealing Solution
Heat treatment at high temperature (1150-1180°C) is used to provide the coarse grain structure necessary for optimum creep resistance.
Final Touches
Bright anneal, pickle or polish to suit your surface needs. straightening gives <1.5 mm/m straightness
Inspection & Testing
Each batch is dimensionally verified, PMI tested and non-destructively examined before shipping.
Hydrostatic Testing
Every tube is pressure tested to ASTM B829 requirements. We verify integrity at 1.5x design pressure minimum.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Detects interior defects as small as 0.5 mm in diameter. You get your tubes without any flaws.
Eddy Current Testing
Detects surface and subsurface flaws that may develop under heat stresses.
Determination of grain size
ASTM E112 verification to confirm the coarse grain structure required for creep-rupture performance.
Positive Material Identification (PMI)
XRF spectroscopy reveals the ratio of aluminium, titanium and carbon are consistent with the UNS N08811 norm.
Dimensional Inspection
Coordinate measuring machines verify OD, WT, and ovality to guarantee fit-up in your assemblies.

Q: What is the maximum service temperature of the product?
A: Continuous service to 1100°C (2012°F) in oxidising atmospheres. In load bearing applications, creep issues often restrict utilisation to the 815 to 980 °C range.
Q: How does 800HT differ from 800H?
A. The 800HT variation has tighter Al-Ti control (0.85-1.20% versus 0.30-1.20%) and must be high heat annealed. Thus creep-rupture values are 25-35% greater.
Q: What welding filler metal should I use?
A: For most cases Inconel Filler Metal 82 works. For use over 980°C use Filler Metal 617 to match thermal expansion properties.
Q: Is it stress corrosion cracking resistant?
A: Yeah. High nickel concentration gives good SCC resistance in chloride situations where 304/316 stainless steels fail.
Q: Does the seamless tube require post-weld heat treatment?
A: Not typically. However, for severely corrosive or high-stress applications, a stabilising anneal at 1040-1150°C may be used to optimise the microstructure.
Q: Can you provide custom lengths and surface finishes?
A: Yeah, for sure. We cut to your precise lengths, and provide bright annealed, pickled or polished finishes according on your application needs.
Q: What documentation do you supply?
A: Complete traceability of materials includes MTC according to EN 10204 3.1, dimensional reports, test certifications and third-party verification on request.
