Manufactured by TSM Technology with over 14 years of expertise, our seamless tubes feature minimum 72% nickel content and are engineered for demanding applications. We produce tubes with OD from 6 mm to 219 mm, wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 15 mm according to ASTM B167 and ASME SB167 specifications. Monthly production capacity depends on tube size and order requirements. Guaranteed fine tolerances and high surface polish. Whether it is Bright Annealed, Pickled or Polished finish, TSM supplies completely certified materials with MTC, SGS and TUV certification for your crucial applications.

It is an alloy of nickel, chromium and iron (UNS N06600) that is top quality for severe service circumstances. Seamless tubes are manufactured through extrusion, rotary piercing and cold drawing processes without longitudinal welding seams. This results in a consistent grain structure through the wall of the tube.
You get exceptional resistance to:
The alloy maintains structural integrity from cryogenic temperatures to extreme heat. This makes it ideal when standard stainless steels fail in chemical processing, nuclear power, and aerospace applications.

Our Inconel 600 Seamless Tube meets multiple international specifications:
All products come with complete material traceability including MTR, QAC, and ITP documentation.
Superior Corrosion Resistance
The protective oxide coating is formed due to the 72% nickel and 14-17% chromium concentration. This prevents the stress corrosion cracking from chloride ions that kills common stainless steels.
Extreme Temperatures Performance
Continuous service from cryogenic temperatures to 2150°F (1175°C). The matrix is solid-solution reinforced while maintaining mechanical integrity during thermal cycling.
Seamless Construction Advantage
No weld seam means no weak points. Seamless construction provides consistent mechanical properties and is preferred for high-pressure and critical applications.
Chemical Environment Stability
Excellent resistance to caustic alkalis, dry chlorine, and HCl gases. Performs reliably in high-purity water systems where pitting would compromise other materials.
Dimensional Precision
TSM's 100+ precision machines ensure tight tolerances for wall thickness concentricity and straightness. This precision matters for your critical installations.
Nuclear Power Engineering
Steam generator tubing and primary coolant systems rely on our tubes. The resistance to high-purity water corrosion prevents system failures in reactor environments.
Chemical Processing
Heaters, stills, and condenser tubing in chlorinated hydrocarbon production. Our seamless tubes withstand aggressive oxidation-reduction cycles without degradation.
Petrochemical Industry
Caustic alkali production equipment where chloride stress cracking is a constant threat. The seamless construction eliminates preferential weld seam corrosion.
Aerospace Sector
Jet engine components and exhaust systems. Operating under extreme thermal cycling, the tubes prevent weld decay common in welded alternatives.
Thermal Processing Equipment
Furnace retorts, muffle and radiant tubes. Long-term confinement of volatile gases at temperatures when other materials break down.

Step 1: Choosing the Raw Material
Our nickel, chromium and iron are of high quality and come from approved vendors. Strict arriving examination ensures that the chemical makeup is to specification.
Step 2: Melting & Casting
Homogeneous alloy composition is ensured using vacuum induction melting (VIM) or electric arc furnacing. Billets are cast with regulated cooling rates.
Step 3 : Hot extrusion or rotary piercing
The hot billets are extruded or rotary pierced to make hollow tubes. Thus, the seamless structure is built without longitudinal welds.
Step 4: Cold-Drawing
Carbide dies are run through many times to decrease diameter and refine wall thickness. With each pass the surface quality and the dimensional accuracy are improved.
Step 5: Heat Treatment
Solution annealing at 1600-1700°F (870-925°C) and quick chilling. This refines the grain structure and reduces internal tensions
Step 6: Closing the Operations
Bright annealed, pickled or polished to your requirements. Final straightening gives concentricity and straightness tolerances.

Q: Why choose the product over welded tubing?
A: Seamless construction eliminates weld seams – potential failure points in high-pressure and corrosive environments. You get uniform mechanical properties and higher safety factors, essential for nuclear and chemical processing applications.
Q: What is the maximum operating temperature in oxidizing atmospheres?
A: Continuous operation up to 2150°F (1175°C) is possible. Note that mechanical strength decreases at extreme temperatures. Consult our technical team for your specific temperature requirements.
Q: Is the product magnetic?
A: No, it remains non-magnetic from cryogenic temperatures to operating conditions. This makes it suitable for sensitive electronic applications and magnetic resonance environments.
Q: What welding filler metal should I use for joining?
A: Use ERNiCr-3 (Inconel 82) or ENiCrFe-3 (Inconel 182) filler metals. These maintain corrosion resistance and mechanical properties at weld joints. Proper pre- and post-weld heat treatment is recommended.
Q: Can you provide customized sizes beyond your standard range?
A: Yes, TSM offers custom OD, wall thickness, and lengths. Our engineering team works with your specifications. MOQ and lead times vary based on complexity – contact us with your requirements.
Q. How does it function in sulphuric acid environments?
A: Inconel 600 has good resistance to sulphuric acid. For very concentrated H2SO4 we suggest Incoloy 825 or Hastelloy grades. Our material selection team selects the best alloy.
Q: Do you maintain inventory for quick delivery?
A: Yes, we stock common sizes with 50 kg MOQ. Stock availability varies – inquire about your specific size. Custom orders typically deliver within 20–45 days.
