Products are available in the diameter of 5 mm to 300 mm and length from 3000 mm to 6000 mm. Each product is quality-checked and comes with MTC and SGS certification. Delivery is finished in 10-26 days.

Alloy K500 Round Bar is a precipitation hardened nickel-copper alloy. It has the great corrosion resistance of Monel 400 but with the extra strength of the age-hardening process.
The material is non-magnetic even at -101°C and may be used in magnetic survey equipment and cryogenic applications. The alloy maintains its structural integrity in harsh marine environments and high pressure systems.

All of our manufacture adheres precisely to the ASTM B865, AMS 4676 and QQ-N-286 requirements. These standards guarantee dimensional precision, metallurgical uniformity and traceability for all batches.
We also meet the requirements for oil and gas applications in H2S-containing environments as per NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.
Precipitation-Hardened Excellence
Our heat treatment process creates an optimal microstructure for enhanced mechanical properties, delivering consistent performance across varying operational conditions.
01
Marine Environment Superiority:
Exceptional resistance to saltwater corrosion and stress-corrosion cracking makes these bars ideal for offshore platforms and subsea applications.
02
Precision Manufacturing
Advanced CNC machining capabilities ensure dimensional stability with ±0.01mm tolerance, meeting aerospace-grade specifications for critical components.
03
Complete Traceability
Every bar includes laser-marked batch identification with comprehensive Mill Test Reports covering chemical composition and mechanical properties.
04
This alloy is resistant to saltwater and is used in components of marine engineering such as pump shafts, propeller blades and subsea equipment. It has a high strength-to-weight ratio and is used in turbine blades and aerospace fasteners.
Oil and gas extraction equipment may be safely used in sour gas settings . It is used for valve components and reactor internals in the chemical processing industry. Medical tools must be biocompatible and withstand sterilizing.

TSM Technology's 60,000㎡ facility combines vacuum induction melting, hot forging, precision rolling and CNC machining. We have 8 manufacturing lines which employ over 100 state-of-the-art machinery to guaranty precise tolerances. The age hardening process is conducted in computer controlled furnaces at 540-650°C for 8-16 hours to optimize the mechanical characteristics. Stress-relief annealing removes residual tensions, therefore reducing stress corrosion cracking.

Our quality team monitors processes in real-time throughout manufacture to make sure every Alloy K500 Round Bar fulfills specification criteria before to dispatch.
Comprehensive test processes are in place, according to nickel alloy bar requirements (ASTM B160, B166, B335).

Q: How does product differ from Monel 400?
A: K500 undergoes precipitation hardening, delivering three times the yield strength and double the tensile strength of Monel 400 while maintaining similar corrosion resistance.
Q: Is product susceptible to stress corrosion cracking?
A: When age-hardened correctly, it demonstrates high resistance. Our products undergo stress-relief annealing to minimize this risk in demanding environments.
Q: Can this alloy function at sub-zero temperatures?
A: Yes. It remains non-magnetic down to -101°C, making it perfect for cryogenic applications and magnetic survey instruments.
Q: What machining considerations apply?
A: Its high work-hardening rate requires heavy-duty equipment, slow speeds, and tungsten carbide tools. We recommend machining in the annealed state when possible.
Q: Does your product meet NACE MR0175?
A: Absolutely. Our bars are processed to comply with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 standards for H2S-containing oil and gas environments.
