TSM Technology's Inconel Seamless Tube offers a superior nickel-chromium superalloy solution engineered for your toughest challenges. Seamless structure has no weld seams and allows for 20-30% better pressure ratings and consistent mechanical qualities throughout. We have capacity of 100-200 tonnes a month for the manufacture of our tubes. Our tubes are available in grades such as Inconel 600 and 625 and fulfil ASTM B167, ASTM B444 and ASME SB167 requirements. MTC/SGS/TUV certifications are available with customised sizes from OD 6-219 mm & WT 0.5-15 mm.
The product is a high performance pipe of nickel-chromium alloy made by extrusion or cold-drawing techniques. This yields a seamless monolithic structure without any longitudinal welds. You receive full protection against weld decay and heat-affected zone failures -- unlike welded alternatives. Your operations enjoy superb resistance to catastrophic oxidation over 800°C, outstanding performance in high pressure hydrogen settings and immunity against localised corrosion in sour gas (H₂S) service. The seamless design provides consistent strength, tighter dimensional tolerances, and leak-free performance in mission-critical fluid and gas transfer applications.

TSM Technology complies with globally accepted standards:
Full traceability paperwork including Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and third party certification from SGS, BV, TUV accompany all items provided.
Superior Structural Integrity: The absence of weld seams renders the structure impermeable. The mechanical strength and wall thickness of the system remain constant.
It maintains its strength up to 1,093°C and in very cold environments, demonstrating outstanding temperature performance. It is also resistant to corrosion and breakdown when exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations.
Superior Resistance to Corrosion: Particularly effective against pitting, chloride stress cracking, and corrosion in crevices, as compared to 316 stainless steel.
The improved burst resistance and high pressure handling capabilities are a result of its seamless design, which makes it an ideal choice for demanding flow applications.
Precision in Dimensions: Fittings are less likely to leak when cold-drawn components have exact dimensions and a flat, almost smooth surface.
Longevity of Use: It holds up well in harsh chemical and temperature conditions, reducing the frequency of repairs and maintenance needs.
Our Inconel Seamless Tube serves in high-pressure fuel lines and jet engine exhaust manifolds. It withstands extreme thermal cycling and vibration without fatigue cracking.
Ideal for heat exchangers and reactors, harsh acids. "You have reliable resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in high temperatures."
Used in downhole control lines and subsea umbilical systems . Provides required resistance to burst pressure and immunity to CO₂ and H₂S in sour service conditions.
For steam generator tubing where radiation, high temperature and water chemistry effects require excellent material stability.
Designed for high purity process equipment needing total cleanliness, corrosion resistance and contaminant free operation.

Step 1: Selecting the Raw Material
We purchase nickel-chromium alloy billets from certified sources, with consistent chemistry and performance.
Step 2: Curing the Billets
Alloy billets are heated to appropriate forging temperature in controlled environment furnaces.
Step 3: Extrusion and Piercing
The first hollow shape is obtained by hot piercing and then extruded to the appropriate diameter.
Step 4: Drown in Cold.
Precision die passes decrease wall thickness and increase dimensional accuracy and surface polish.
Step 5: Heat treating
Solution annealing and controlled cooling optimise the mechanical characteristics and release the internal tensions.
Step 6: Smoothing and trimming
Tubes are straightened to satisfy tolerance standards and cut to the desired lengths.
Step 7: Surface finish
Bright annealing, pickling or polishing according on your application needs.

TSM Technology does thorough testing at all levels:
Dimensional Inspection: OD, WT, and length are checked using vernier callipers, micrometres, and CMM equipment to be accurate.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Wall uniformity Internal discontinuity
Eddy Current Testing (ECT) : Detects surface and subsurface flaws
Hydrostatic testing: Tests pressure integrity under controlled circumstances.
Spectrometer test of chemical composition confirms alloy conformity.
Mechanical Testing: Tensile, yield, elongation and hardness testing confirm material qualities
Corrosion Testing Intergranular Corrosion and Stress Corrosion Cracking Assessment
All tubes are supplied with a comprehensive package of paperwork, including MTC, test results and traceability records.

Q: Why do you choose this product instead of a welded one for high pressure systems?
A : There is no weld seam , which is a possible site of failure . Everywhere you have uniform mechanical properties, higher safety factors and better resistance to localised corrosion, he says.
Q: What is the typical temperature limit for an Inconel 625 Seamless Tube?
A. It has good performance from cryogenic temperatures up to around 1,800°F (982°C) and has great tensile strength and oxidation resistance in that range.
Q: Does the product meet NACE MR0175 standards?
A:Yes. For use in sour oilfield service with H2S, our Inconel 625 and 718 grades are treated in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.
Q: What is the corrosion resistance of Inconel compared to 316 stainless steel?
A: 316 stainless steel would soon pit or break in high temperature oxidation and chloride stress corrosion cracking, whereas Inconel is significantly more resistant to these circumstances.
Q: What kind of surface treatments are available?
We provide polished, pickled, and brightly annealed finishes. Your application's cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic requirements all influence the finish you choose.
Q: Can you provide test results and material certifications?
A: Of course. Material Test certifications (MTC), chemical composition analyses, mechanical test reports, and third-party inspection certifications from SGS, BV, or TUV upon request are included with every purchase.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity and delivery time?
A: Our MOQ is 50 kg, with some grades available from stock for immediate shipment. Custom orders typically deliver within 20–45 days depending on specifications and quantity.
