TSM Technology manufactures premium Monel Seamless Tube with a proven monthly production capacity of 100–200 tons. Our tubes are produced using modern extrusion and rotary piercing methods so there are no weld seams. Monel 400 (67% Ni, 23% Cu) and Monel K-500 with precipitation hardening provide corrosion resistance in saltwater. The grades are unparalleled for corrosion resistance in acid chemicals and sour gas (H2S). Our tubes are pressure tight up to 1,000°F (538°C) with an outside diameter of 6–219 mm, wall thickness of 0.5–15 mm and conform to ASTM B165/B829. The AS9100D quality assurance and complete certifications (MTC, SGS, BV, TUV) guarantee the aerospace-grade dependability of each tube.
The product is a continuous tube of high strength nickel-copper alloy. The design is seamless, avoiding heat-affected zones that might weaken the structure, as is the case with welded alternatives. you obtain homogenous grain structure all through the tube wall, which avoids localised corrosion and keeps the pressure ratings stable.
These tubes are generally Monel 400 (UNS N04400) or Monel K-500 (UNS N05500). The solid-solution alloy composition addresses major issues you confront in chloride-rich settings such as seawater piping, hydrofluoric acid handling and downhole oil extraction. If your application calls for zero tolerance for leaks or failures, seamless construction is a must.

Our tubes conform to internationally recognized standards:
All products come with full material traceability documentation (MTR), third-party inspection reports (SGS, BV, TUV), and compliance certificates.
Superior Corrosion Resistance
You obtain excellent resistance to saltwater, brines and marine atmospheres. The alloy is resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion even at high speeds.
Stress Corrosion Cracking Resistance
These tubes retain structural integrity without breaking in chloride conditions when stainless steels fail.
High pressure performance
Thanks to the seamless construction there are no weak areas, so you may work with peace of mind at greater working forces.
Wide Temperature Range
The material remains ductile and strong from cryogenic temperatures up to 1,000°F (538°C).
Good Fabricablility
They are bent, flared, and welded without losing its corrosion-resistant characteristics.
Biological Fouling Resistance
Marine organisms struggle to attach to Monel surfaces, reducing maintenance costs in seawater systems.
Monel's resistance to biological fouling and saltwater corrosion applies to your seawater pipe systems, heat exchangers and condensers.
When you're working with hydrofluoric acid, alkylation catalysts, or other extremely corrosive compounds, you need tubes that won’t deteriorate or pollute your process streams.
In sour gas settings containing H2S and CO2 these tubes prevent sulphide stress cracking in downhole equipment, allowing for safe operation.
Rocket engine components and liquid oxygen systems need materials that can withstand embrittlement at very high or low temperatures.
Monel tubes are used in steam turbine systems and desalination facilities for long term dependability in high temperature and high salinity environments.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing complex integrates:
Vacuum melting furnaces for contamination-free alloy production
Hot extrusion lines with capacity for tubes up to 219mm OD
Cold drawing equipment achieving ±0.05mm tolerance
Heat treatment furnaces with programmable atmosphere control
In-house testing laboratory equipped with spectrometers, tensile testers, and NDT equipment

It is fabricated using high purity nickel and copper ingots from approved vendors to provide the constant chemical composition.
Vacuum induction furnaces melt raw materials. The molten alloy is cast into billets with a specified grain structure.
Heated billets are sent through piercing mills to generate hollow shells. This means there is no joint or weld line.
The tubes are cold drawn many times via carbide dies for close tolerances on precise dimensions.
Bright annealing in controlled atmospheres provides stress relief and optimum mechanical characteristics. K-500 grades are also subjected to precipitation hardening (ageing).
The tubes are straightened by multi-roll straighteners and cut to your specified lengths by precision saws.
Each tube is checked for dimensions, surface condition and non-destructively tested prior to packing.

Q. How can you tell Monel 400 apart from K-500 seamless tubes?
A: Monel 400 is a solid-solution alloy with good overall corrosion resistance. K-500 combines aluminium and titanium for precipitation hardening, resulting in much greater strength and hardness – perfect for situations where you require both corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
Q: are these tubes ok for oxidising environments?
A: Monel is good in reducing and neutral situations but is not suggested in strongly oxidising acids such as concentrated nitric acid. If you want this for applications look at Hastelloy or titanium options.
Q: Why pick seamless vs welded construction?
A: Seamless tubes don’t have the heat affected zone of the welds which is subject to preferred corrosion. You also obtain greater working pressure ratings and consistent mechanical qualities across the wall of the tube.
Q: What is the performance of Monel in cryogenic temperatures?
A:Alloy has ductility and toughness at very low temperature without brittle transition, suited for liquefied gas handling and cryogenic processing equipment.
Q: What lead time should I expect for custom sizes?
A:Standard size will be sent in 20 days. Custom dimensions usually takes 30-45 days depending on the number of orders and the intricacy of the specifications. If you are on a tight time frame, please contact us for fast turnaround alternatives.
Q: Do you provide material traceability documentation?
A:Yes, all shipments are accompanied with Material Test Reports (MTR), Quality Assurance Certificates (QAC) and third-party inspection reports (SGS, BV or TUV) upon request.
