The product is a hollow cylindrical product produced without any longitudinal or circumferential welds. These are produced by piercing and cold drawing solid billets . The tube has a homogeneous grain structure throughout, unlike welded alternatives . This manufacturing process removes the heat impacted zones where corrosion normally starts.
