Standard system: in accordance with ANSI/ASME B16.5, DIN/EN 1092-1 and other standards, covering slip-on flanges (Slip-On), butt-weld flanges (Weld Neck), blind flanges (Blind) and other types.
Pressure level: supports from PN6 to PN160 (or 150 pounds to 2500 pounds), meeting the pressure requirements of different working conditions.
Spot specifications: conventional size range is DN15-DN1200, with sufficient inventory and fast delivery.

Customized flanges

Special design: produce large-diameter flanges (diameter ≥1000mm), thick-walled flanges or asymmetric structure flanges according to your drawings.
Surface treatment: support pickling, sandblasting, electrolytic polishing and other processes to improve corrosion resistance and sealing surface finish (Ra≤3.2μm).
Pre-processing services: including sealing surface surfacing nickel-based alloys (such as Inconel 625), bolt hole precision drilling or machining to reduce installation complexity.
