Inconel 625 seamless tube is a high-performance nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy tube manufactured according to ASTM B444 standard. It offers outstanding corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, and excellent mechanical properties, making it ideal for aerospace, marine, oil & gas, and chemical processing applications. Our Inconel 625 seamless tubes are manufactured using the cold-drawing or cold-rolling process, ensuring a superior grain structure and dimensional accuracy. Conforming to international standards, each tube undergoes rigorous NDT (eddy current, ultrasonic) and hydrostatic testing. Inconel 625 seamless pipes are manufactured without weld seams, offering superior mechanical strength and enhanced pressure resistance compared to welded pipes. The seamless design minimizes the risk of leakage while improving reliability in applications involving high pressure and elevated temperatures. With strict dimensional tolerances and high-quality surface finishes, these seamless tubes are widely utilized in industries such as aerospace, chemical processing, marine engineering, oil and gas, and power generation. Every product is subject to stringent inspection procedures to ensure it meets global standards and performs reliably under critical service conditions.

Inconel Alloy 625 Commonly called: Inconel 625, Alloy 625, Nickel 625, Chornin 625, Altemp 625, Nickelvac 625, Haynes 625, Nicrofer6020, INCONEL nickel-chromium alloy 625 (UNS N06625/W.Nr. 2.4856). Its typical chemical composition consists of approximately 58% nickel, 20–23% chromium, and 8–10% molybdenum. This well-balanced combination provides exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburization, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. As a result, it is highly suitable for use in harsh and corrosive industrial conditions. The alloy performs reliably across a wide temperature range, from extremely low temperatures up to about 1800°F (982°C). Its strength primarily comes from solid-solution strengthening, where molybdenum and niobium enhance the rigidity of the nickel-chromium matrix, eliminating the need for precipitation hardening treatments. This composition also ensures excellent resistance to severe chemical environments and high-temperature degradation.

Superior Corrosion Resistance
Inconel 625 seamless tubes provide outstanding resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including seawater, acids (nitric, phosphoric, sulfuric), and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. The high molybdenum and niobium content deliver localized attack immunity even in stagnant zones.
Key tests: ASTM G48 pitting resistance equivalent (PREN > 50) ensures reliability for offshore platforms and desalination plants.
High-Temperature Stability
With exceptional oxidation resistance up to 980°C (1800°F) and high fatigue strength, our seamless tubes maintain structural integrity under thermal cycling. Ideal for heat exchangers, furnace components, and gas turbine parts where creep resistance is non-negotiable.
Advanced processing: Solution annealed condition (1093°C min) ensures optimal intergranular corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
These versatile Inconel 625 Seamless Pipes serve critical roles across multiple industries:
Our Inconel 625 seamless tubes are widely specified for subsea control lines, hydraulic instrumentation, reactor core internals, and flue gas desulfurization units. The material’s ability to withstand high-velocity seawater and acidic brines makes it indispensable in modern corrosion engineering.
