718 Wire is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium superalloy wire made from Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) that has outstanding yield, tensile and creep-rupture qualities up to 704°C. TSM Technology produces wire with diameter of 0.5-5.0 mm according to AWS A5.14 ERNiFeCr-2, AMS 5832 specifications. Monthly capacity is 200 tons. Our three facilities have eight manufacturing lines with more than 100 precise equipment, allowing us to maintain tight tolerances and achieve outstanding surface finishes. This alloy is very ductile and resistant to post-weld cracking and hence is a perfect candidate for high-performance fasteners, springs and wire-formed products.
Our product is engineered to meet the most demanding problems in the harshest environments: material fatigue in heat cycles, oxidation at high pressure and weldability in complex designs. Unlike conventional nickel alloys, it remains ductile at cryogenic temperatures and resists hydrogen embrittlement in sour gas conditions. It offers unprecedented reliability in aircraft turbines, oil and gas downhole equipment and LNG processing seals due to the unique gamma double prime precipitation hardening.

TSM Technology has 3 factories of 60,000 m2 each, equipped with sophisticated forging, rolling and wire drawing equipment. Our process includes controlled atmosphere annealing, tight diameter control and optional surface treatments (sandblasting, electro-polishing, chemical passivation). Each coil is ultrasonically and eddy current tested for internal faults to ensure a 100% issue free dispatch.

Three specialized factories house our wire drawing operations, with each facility equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for precision manufacturing. Quality control laboratories provide immediate testing capabilities to ensure specifications are met.
Per ASTM B637 and AMS 5832:
· Chemical Analysis: OES, XRF, ICP verify Ni, Cr, Nb, Mo content.
· Mechanical Testing: Tensile, yield, elongation, hardness per specification.
· NDT: Eddy-current (ET) detects surface cracks; ultrasonic (UT) confirms internal integrity.
· Dimensional Inspection: Laser micrometers measure diameter tolerance ±0.01 mm.
· Surface Inspection: Visual and metallographic grain-size analysis.
· Certified Quality: ISO 9001, AS9100D, AS9120, EN 9100:2018, and EN 9120:2018 ensure aerospace-grade compliance.
· Global Reach: 14+ years exporting to 70+ countries with reliable Hong Kong logistics.
· Full Traceability: MTC, SGS reports, and QAC/ITP documentation included.
· R&D Leadership: Patented Ti-6Al-4V ELI processing technology demonstrates innovation capacity.
· Fast Delivery: 10–25 days standard lead time with customization support.
TSM Technology specializes in international trade fairs such as Düsseldorf Tube, Houston OTC and Dubai Middle East Energy. In our exhibitions, we present material samples, testing capabilities and custom solutions, and we promote direct collaboration with global engineers and procurement teams.

718 Wire is used by our aerospace customers in jet engine exhaust systems, where it offers 30% longer service intervals than competitor alloys. We are helping an offshore drilling operator to reduce tool failures by 40% with our H₂S-resistant wire in blowout preventers.
Wire is wound on precision plastic or wooden spools, wrapped in moisture-proof film, and packed in export-grade wooden crates. Each package includes material certificates and handling labels. We ship via sea, air, or express courier, with full insurance and customs documentation support.

Q: What is the best heat treatment for the product?
A: Solution anneal and double-aging (1325°F for 8 hours, furnace cool to 1150°F, hold total 18 hours) optimizes gamma double prime precipitation.
Q: How does product compare to X-750 wire?
A: Our product has stronger tensile strength and better weldability than X-750.
Q: Is wire resistant to corrosion from seawater?
A: Yes, it has strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in marine environments hence it is ideal for naval fasteners.
Q: What is the typical shelf life of Wire?
A: Indefinite in the annealed condition when dry and clean; the oxide layer resists deterioration from the atmosphere.
Q: Can our product be used for cold-heading?
A: Yes, solution-annealed wire is ductile enough to produce cold-heading fasteners before final aging.
