Nickel Alloy Sheet Introduction

Nickel Alloy Sheets are engineered to perform in extreme conditions, offering exceptional resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high temperatures. These sheets are manufactured using high-quality nickel-based materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, and Incoloy, making them ideal for applications in chemical processing, power generation, and high-temperature structural components.

Thickness: 0.5mm - 150mm

Width: 1000mm - 2400mm

Length: 2000mm - 12000mm

Hot rolling/cold rolling process: Thickness tolerance ±0.05mm

Test report: Provide PMI (spectral analysis), UT flaw detection, intergranular corrosion test (ASTM G28)

Traceability: Each plate is laser marked with furnace number, batch number, material code.

Surface treatment

2B/BA surface finish (Ra ≤0.8μm)

Sandblasting/pickling/electrolytic polishing (optional)

Cutting:

Water jet cutting (tolerance ±0.1mm)

Laser cutting (thickness ≤25mm)

Heat treatment:

Solution annealing (1050°C ±10°C, rapid quenching)

Stress relief annealing (for welded parts)
